About

Our mission at the Charles Webb Center is to aid in the growth and development of the children we serve, to develop each child’s sense of self-esteem and strengthen each child’s social, language and preschool skills.

Our center offers a quality development program for children ages six weeks through age ten. We also offer after-school care that provides school age children with an appropriate, educational setting for after school. At every stage, we focus on the individual strengths of each child to maximize his or her learning in all areas of development.

We are a Family Support Services program of the Disabilities Board of Charleston County, a SC Department of Social Services Licensed Child Care facility and an ABC Enhanced provider.
